Man on Fire!
Ulanov has 5 points in fifteen games this season. All are in the form of assists, but I'm still dreaming of a hat trick. It has come to my attention (via text message by a good friend), that radio station Team 1260's morning show is advocating the return of the spring chicken. Did you see what happened to Mathieu "Stitchface" Roy last night?
Lokomotiv is on a three-game winning streak, and they take on Nizhniy Novgorod Torpedo on 14 November.
And that's fire, not a multi-coloured swarm of arena insects.

Quick question: Daniel Tarnqist (sp? sorry, I only have the Russian transliteration) A Swede who just signed with Lokomotiv for the rest of the season, supposedly from the Oil... Any good?
Hahaha!
Not from what I saw of him...then again he was injured for most of the season. I called him "Newlanov."
Tjarnqvist wasn't bad. He'd certainly be good enough to crack the Oilers' current lineup if they could take on any more contracts. I was really very confused when they opted for Tarnstrom instead of re-signing Tjarnqvist.
To use a point of reference that would be meaningful to you, Simone, he's way better than Grebeshkov.
woohoo! That is good news (better than Grebesh) but he's always injured? not good.. Sigh. BTW, The prez was featured (her picture) in the latest Lokomotiv game program... Once it's uploaded on the site, you should check it out!
