The Ulanov Legend is no longer told 'round the campfire at Wikipedia...

I heard that Wikipedia has a new system that only allows long-time users to make edits to their articles (or if it isn't here yet, then it will be soon). This, of course, means that Ulanov's legendary lack of performance in the playoffs this year will no longer be able to be exalted on their fine site. I, for one, am appalled. Flabbergasted. Stunned. When will all the free encyclopedias of the world learn that only a true fan can write a bio, and that "facts" have so little to do with the essence of a person???

A magical hybrid?

After discovering that this web site had received a few hits from inquiries about some sort of magical being called Igor Mironov, I decided to do some searching of my own. Besides discovering that he was once a mayor, I also came across very limited stats on him as a hockey player. I've dug up this undoctored photo of the mythical creature. I believe that he roams around forested mountainous regions in the similar fashion of the sasquatch. I can only imagine how his awesome defensive abilities go to waste among the trees.

Turning over a new leaf!

I'm done with reality. Latley, I feel that my attitude toward the dandy Mr. Ulanov's future has sucked. So what if he's 36 and not a spring chicken? Damn it, one more year of Ulie's face in front of a puck won't bring down the NHL. Henceforth, I will believe that he will be involved in the NHL in some fashion. As the president of his unofficial fan club, I cannot agree with the masses. Igor, I eagerly await your signature on a contract.

Separation Anxiety

I'm going camping in Kelowna for six days. I'll be away from fountain of information for six days. Maybe there will be some exciting news about Ulanov waiting for me when I get back. I'm not holding my breath, however. I wish to live.

50% of Crossanov leaves the NHL!

The good half is still here. For the time being.

Farewell, Mr. Cross. I wish you all the best, and I hope that the fans over there don't boo you in your dreams.
